- 2 Cups cooked cubed Ham steak
- 1 Cups grated swiss cheese
- 1/4 Cups finely chopped celery
- 1/4 Cups finely chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tbs minced onion
- 1 tsp dried mustard
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/3 Cup mayonnaise
- 2 9" regular dish frozen pie shell
- Chop ham and dry to remove extra juice
- Combine ham, cheese, celery, bell pepper, onion, mustard, lemon in a bowl and mix
- Then add mayonnaise and mix
- Put everything into two 9" pie crust
- Bake uncovered in preheated 375 oven for 25-35 minutes
