INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2 Cups cooked cubed Ham steak
  • 1 Cups grated swiss cheese
  • 1/4 Cups finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 Cups finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 tbs minced onion
  • 1 tsp dried mustard
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/3 Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 9" regular dish frozen pie shell

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop ham and dry to remove extra juice
  2. Combine ham, cheese, celery, bell pepper, onion, mustard, lemon in a bowl and mix
  3. Then add mayonnaise and mix
  4. Put everything into two 9" pie crust
  5. Bake uncovered in preheated 375 oven for 25-35 minutes
